Best dealership I have ever worked with. Glen was great. There was no pressure on selling me a vehicle. The entire process was seamless. I left a dealership for the 1st time, feeling like I wasn’t taken advantage of. I will definitely buy from this dealer in the future.

I enjoyed my visit to the dealership. i worked with Jeff Knollman who was both knowledgeable and a great guy. Jeff had answers to all of my concerns and made the purchase of my Jaguar easy and fun. I was referred to them buy a friend who has purchased cars from them for many years and would join him in sending other friends to them.

I waited 2 hours for my vehicle because there were no service vehicles available. I did not mind because my favorite service technician, Jamie Fox, has always helped me out since I purchased my Range Rover! I was so glad to see his smiling face back in the service department.

We lost a tire to a road hazard on the morning drive to work. Called JLR-Cincinnati for help. Within an hour, JLR roadside assistance had us underway on the temporary spare and, by midafternoon, our JLR service advisor (Lee) got our car scheduled in and we had new tires before. Just in time as the winter weather arrived later in that same evening.
